I loved how easy this was to use, and how well it worked. I wish I had had this years ago. I also love that it saves me an extra charge at the salons for "polish removal." (Don't peel or pick your polish to avoid that charge, but this is a great method if that's one of your purchase reasons lol). It would be great if people with sensitive skin/nails could use it, but it did what I needed it to do and saved me a lot of time and effort. It does eat through the polish like a straight up acid(which was kind of cool), so if you have sensitive skin or nails, maybe try another method. I wasn't surprised that it takes a strong chemical to remove a strong product quickly, so I wasn't disappointed. I kind of expect that in the gel nail category. I would try to avoid the skin definitely, as it can sting or burn some, but I was just so pleased with how well/quickly it worked that I didn't care. I put it under the, "beauty is pain" category lol. I know beauty doesn't have to hurt, and there are alternative methods etc, but I love this for it's efficiency. If you're worried about the skin damage, maybe put something like aquaphor on the skin around your nails before using this, and wipe any of the product off of the skin if you do get it on there. I didn't pick this brand over others for any reason, I had just never used a product like this, so I picked one. I applied maybe 3 coats, starting with one nail, completing the hand, then the next hand, and I would come back to the first nail of the first hand and repeat. That seemed to give each layer enough time to work. Even the first layer applied starts to work right away, so it's pretty cool to watch. There is a cold sensation, even a pulling or tingling as the instructions describe, but that's normal. I definitely agree with the instructions that you should lightly buff the clear top coat or shiny layer of your polish before applying this product, to allow it to get through the layers of polish quicker. It'll still work if you don't buff, but may take longer or more coats. I didn't buff the first time and it still worked, but there was a noticeable difference in speed/efficiency when I used it another time after buffing. You can sit and wait for it, or if you run around getting ready/unready like a hot mess like myself, you can go about your business and get things done while it's on. It won't drip off like a polish, but the pieces of polish remover will fall off wherever you are, so just keep that in mind. Obviously, don't get it on anything that you don't want it to eat through. My only reason for 4 stars was that there didn't seem to be much in the bottle, especially if you're going to do multiple thick "coats." You can't see how much is in the bottle since it has an opaque label/packaging, so I don't know 3 I got a full bottle or not. That's also why I did 4/5 stars for "value for money," because I literally cannot see if I got my money's worth. It worked. The only downside is that it took a few applications before the polish was completely removed. Still better than filing the enamel of your nail with a sharp instrument. This is definitely the better alternative. Just be prepared to be patient.I do my own nails at home and wanted something easy to take off the get polish rather than soaking… the product was very thick and gunky.. a small amount went on my leg and it started to burn within a few seconds! Decent product but the liquid for me is too thickI broke a nail a few days after getting a gel manicure, and was too frustrated to feel like paying for a salon visit, so I decided to try this. Does it work? Yes. Like the description says? Eh.I had a simple black gel manicure with a pink and black design on one nail on each hand. The layers basically consisted of base coat, color, and top coat. I took a simple nail file and very lightly filed the tops of all my nails, just enough that they were visibly scuffed, then painted a light layer of the polish remover on top.Almost immediately I could see the polish start to wrinkle and lift, which was exciting, but it definitely does NOT "just wipe off". When I wiped my nails, it didn't really take off anything except for a few chunks. I was, however, able to use a nail tool to then easily scrape up the polish, which seemed to have become much more brittle. It definitely left my nails looking pretty beat up, but it did work. The one thing I'd warn about is that after only a few minutes, it felt like it was BURNING. Not just the skin around the nail, but on the nail itself. It made me really worried. It didn't appear to damage anything, but I've never had that experience before, or sensitive skin, so people should be extra cautious in using this. Do NOT leave it on for too long.WARNING!!! I accidentally got this on my skin and when I went to wash it off with water and soap it instantly caused a chemical reaction and burnt my skin. My fingers swelled up and this is what it looks like a week later my skin is peeling off!!!Buff your nails, add a thick layer of gel polish remover, after it sits 5-10 minutes, then use your scraper to remove it. There may be some gel polish that really sticks, so I gently scraped off what came loose easily, then I added some more gel polish remover just to the spot that was hard to remove. It worked. Last but not least, I washed my hands and around my nails very well afterward. I’m pleased with it. I know it’s a lot better than drying your hands out with acetone or worse taking a nail layer off trying to peel the gel polish away.I applied two coats to begin with and after 10 minutes I used a nail scraper and nail file to help get the gel polish off of my toes. I repeated that process like 2 more times to get off all of the gel polish. I like it and it works; therefore, I would recommend this product.Este producto es realmente bueno, lo mejor para quitar un pinta uñas de gel , sin necesidad de dañar tus uñas, solo lo aplicas y esperas unos tres minutos y verás la magia ? recomendable
